Truck Tech Rebuilt specializes in transmission overhauls for the Volvo CE PT range. Each year many of these transmissions are rebuilt and we are a primary service provider for distributors, dealers and manufacturers within Europe. Thanks to our experience, we have established a transmission maintenance and overhaul program that is consistent with factory guidelines.
Our Guarantee
Each part used has been thoroughly tested and checked for defects in material, quality and workmanship. To ensure maximum durability of our revisions, we replace the following parts as standard:
- Torque converter
- Oil pump
- New steel & friction plates
- Bearing bushings
- Seals & gaskets
- New bearings
- Solenoids
- Inductive transmitter
All our overhauled and repaired transmissions are tested under various conditions on an advanced test bench. Through an extensive final inspection, both visually and on a test bench, we know for sure that every transmission is 100% good as soon as it leaves our workshop.
We offer our customers a high quality remanufacturing service at affordable costs. 18 months warranty on the replaced parts and labor.
